McGrath Family Selling Retail Assets

The McGrath Family, which owns and develops assets throughout San Diego, has sold some of its retail holdings. It’s latest sell off was a shopping center that is about 250,000 square feet in the Kearny Mesa area.

The fund that purchased it is managed by Clarion Partners, as well as HP Investors. Tenants on the 30-acre site include Walmart, Chipotle and LA Fitness.

The McGrath Family has owned the land on the site since the 1940s. Voit Real Estate Services represented McGrath in the transaction.
