MCG Canton Arboretum Buys Canton Multifamily with $41M Acquisition Loan

Boston, MA-based MCG Canton Arboretum, LLC has acquired Woodfield Commons, a 156-unit residential community located in Canton, MA, with $41 million in acquisition financing arranged by Fantini & Gorga.

Casimir Groblewski and Colin Monahan of mortgage banking firm Fantini & Gorga arranged the financing with a MA-based lending institution on behalf of MCG Canton Arboretum, LLC, a multifamily investment and management company.

Woodfield Commons consists of six residential buildings and a clubhouse on a 40.2-acre parcel. The property was constructed in 1990 as a 40B development and is located just off Route 138 and close to Route I-95.
