McCraney Commences 1.3M-SF Spec Logistics Center in Tampa Bay
Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.
West Palm Beach, FL-based McCraney Property Company broke ground on Phase I of County Line Logistics Center, the only spec industrial asset under construction in the Plant City, FL market. The 1.3-million-square-foot project spans 70-acres along Interstate 4 at County Line Road and Rice Road, about 30 miles from Tampa.
“With the continuous traction of e-commerce, traditional freight forwarding companies are expanding their ‘hub and spoke’ presence, and national companies need large warehouse spaces to make the shipping and distribution process that much easier,” said McCraney Property’s Steven McCraney. He also says the project will “serve an untapped market for middle and large scale users alike.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Julia Silva Rettig, Jared Bonshire, David Perez, and Jessica Mizrahi are leasing the project.
The first phase of construction encompasses 293,280 square feet, and more than one million square feet is planned to deliver in phase two.
