McCombs Greenlit for SA Mixed-Use Venture

After receiving the okay from the San Antonio City Council, McCombs Enterprises can move ahead on a six-acre development at West Jones Avenue and Camden Street, next to the San Antonio Museum of Art (photo).

The San Antonio Business Journal reports the project is slated for up to 390 apartment units, 265,510 square feet of office space, 57,410 square feet of food and beverage and 58,650 square feet of retail space. The entire development is expected to encompass more than 1 million square feet between eight buildings.

McCombs purchased the site from CPS Energy in 2023 for $29.5 million.
