McCombs Breaks Ground on Port Aransas Townhomes

McCombs Properties launched construction on Fairway Townhomes, located in the beachfront and golfing community of Palmilla Beach. Palmilla Beach is in the Central Texas coastal town of Port Aransas. No delivery date was released. McCombs, a developer of resort-style condominiums and townhomes, has been active from Port Aransas to Rockport, TX. McCombs recently sold 18 acres adjacent to Palmilla Beach.
