McCarthy Building Signs for 30K SF at Newly Developed One Paseo

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is expanding its presence in the San Diego market with the signing of a 30,000-square-foot lease for office space at One Paseo, a newly developed 23.6-acre mixed use campus in the Carmel Valley submarket. JLL’s Nicole Winters, Shawn Lorentzen, and Scott Wetzel represented McCarthy.

The construction firm has established a significant presence in San Diego since the construction of the Catamaran Hotel Parking Structure for the Evans Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa in the mid-1980s. The new office, designed by Gensler, features floor-to-ceiling windows, ample onsite amenities, dedicated wellness space, and plenty of areas for training, collaboration, and innovative thinking.

“McCarthy wanted a space that provided for the new generation of workforce while representing its commitment to the region,” said Wetzel. “One Paseo is the perfect location for McCarthy as it continues to grow and serve clients in the San Diego area.”
