McCarthy Building Companies Promotes Preston Hodges to Lead Houston Division

McCarthy Building Companies has tapped Preston Hodges to be the new Senior Vice President, Houston Unit Leader. “Preston has proven to be a remarkable leader and great asset to McCarthy,” said McCarthy’s Bryan Kuster. “Preston has played an integral part of McCarthy’s leadership team over the past three years, being able to help bring in record setting revenue for McCarthy’s Houston business unit. We know Preston and his team will be able to continue to grow McCarthy’s presence in the Houston area as well as other key markets in southern and central Texas.”

Hodges joined McCarthy in 2013 as a project manager focusing mostly on major healthcare and research projects. In just three years, Hodges was promoted to a project director, making him one of the youngest in the company. Hodges then led McCarthy’s business development and then the operations group before being named vice president.

Hodges earned a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M.
