McCall & Almy Secures Expanded HQ Lease for WellPet in Tewksbury

McCall & Almy secured a lease renewal and expansion for natural pet food company WellPet’s headquarters at 200 Ames Pond Dr. in Tewksbury.

The 35,108-square-foot lease includes additional office space to accommodate new employees across WellPet’s commercial, innovation and customer marketing teams. The location is a pet-friendly space for more than 130 employees, and also provides WellPet with space for outdoor events.

200 Ames Pond Dr. is part of the Ames Pond Corporate Center, a 340,000-square-foot office park. John Dolan and Rob Glor of McCall & Almy represented WellPet in the transaction. Brian Tisbert and Peter Richardson of JLL advised the landlord, Tritower Financial.
