McCall & Almy Promotes Lauren Donahue to SVP

Lauren Donahue has been promoted to SVP in McCall & Almy’s strategic advisory group. The 2019 honoree in Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards joined McCall & Almy in 2016 and advises medical, educational and institutional clients on strategies designed to optimally employ their real estate assets.

Her recent engagements include advising the Harvard Allston Land Company on development of the Enterprise Research Campus in Allston, advising the Town of Brookline on the potential acquisition of the Newbury College campus, and assisting Mount Auburn Cemetery in monetizing a six-acre parcel of excess land in Watertown.

“Lauren consistently delivers exceptional results to our clients, exceeding expectations in all respects,” said EVP Sandy Tierney. “Our clients highly value Lauren’s real estate expertise and judgment. Her promotion is well deserved.”

Before joining McCall & Almy, Donahue was involved in multifamily development, overseeing the development process from site acquisition, through entitlement and stabilization.
