McCall & Almy Hires Harrison Bailes as Financial Analyst in Boston
Boston-based commercial real estate advisory firm McCall & Almy has hired Harrison Bailes as a financial analyst.
In his new role, Bailes will be responsible for the financial analysis of client real estate transactions, including leases, purchase, and sales, and will deliver detailed cash and accounting metrics for proposed transactions. Bailes joins the firm from Brookline Bank, where he underwrote the origination and modification of more than $40M in credit commitments collateralized by commercial real estate and analyzed lease and sale comparables to determine valuations.
