MCA Realty Plans Temecula Industrial Development

Connect Industrial is headed to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Irvine, CA-based MCA Realty acquired an eight-acre land parcel in Temecula, CA. The firm plans to develop a 140,000-square-foot industrial building on the site, which will be the first industrial development built in the City of Temecula in more than eight years.

MCA Realty’s Tyler Mattox says, “This is the last developable land parcel in Temecula with the ability to accommodate a building in excess of 100,000 square feet, providing a strong opportunity and competitive advantage for MCA.”

MCA Realty plans to break ground this month on the development, which will be named MCA Business Center. The company obtained final land entitlements prior to acquisition.

The project is anticipated to be completed in Q4 2017.The development is located within the Westside Business Center at 43350 Business Park Drive, near Interstate 15.

CBRE’s Roger Carlson and Lee & Associates’ Scott Stewart represented MCA.
