MCA Business Center in Temecula, CA Sells for $16.8M
The MCA Business Center, a newly-constructed 143,169-square-foot industrial building located at 41573 Dendy Parkway in Temecula, CA, was sold for $16.85 million. The buyer was Western Plastics, while the seller was MCA Realty, Inc.
Avison Young’s Stan Nowak and Cody Lerner represented the buyer. Lee & Associates’ Scott Stewart and CBRE’s Roger Carlson advised the landlord.
“This is MCA Realty’s first ground-up development in Southwest Riverside County, and the first ground-up project to be delivered in Temecula in over a decade,” said Stewart.
Western Plastics plans to occupy the newly-completed MCA Business Center immediately, and the building will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters.
The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.
