Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of a six-building, Class A office portfolio in the North San Diego County submarket of Carlsbad, CA. The multi-tenant properties, purchased by M.C. Strauss, consist of the four-building Carlsbad Executive Plaza and The Plaza, comprised of two buildings.
“There are two highly attractive institutional quality Class A office assets with respectable levels of occupancy and stable income from an excellent roster of tenants,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Reeder, who represented the seller, Brookwood Financial, along with the firm’s Brad Tecca, Tanner Harris and Kevin Donner. “The versatility and overall profile of these assets will create great potential to capture future tenant demand that remains drawn to North County.” Cushman & Wakefield’s Justin Halenza and Matt Sundberg provided leasing advisory.
The Carlsbad Executive Plaza consists of three story buildings that are 77% leased, and features lounge areas and koi ponds. The Plaza (pictured) is 68% leased and offers rare subterranean parking.
