MBS Group Inks 300K-SF Warehouse in Queens 

MBS Group, known as Manhattan Beach Studios, leased a 300,000-square-foot warehouse in Glendale, Queens, for film equipment storage.  

The property at 66-31 and 66-35 Otto Road features 240,000 square feet of warehouse space, 73,000 square feet of parking, and nine loading docks, with freight rail access and proximity to Fresh Pond Junction. 

JLL’s Leslie Lanne and Adam Citron represented GLP, the landlord. GLP co-owns the property with Sitex Group. MBS Group operates Borden Studios in Long Island City and provides production services to studios in Brooklyn and Queens.
