MBK & R.D. Olson Break Ground on Duarte Multifamily Project

Irvine, CA-based developer MBK Rental Living and contractor R.D. Olson Construction have broken ground on Solana at Duarte Station, a 292-unit luxury apartment community in Duarte, CA. MBK is also partnering with construction company Haseko Corporation in the 3.43-acre project that includes an eight-story parking structure.

Situated 11 miles from downtown Pasadena and adjacent to MBK Rental Living’s recently-opened Esperanza at Duarte Station community, Solana is a transit-oriented development that consists of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as four-bedroom co-living apartments. Community amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool and a linear park.

“Following the opening of our first development in Duarte, MBK is thrilled to have construction underway on Solana at Duarte Station,” said MBK President Ken McCarren. “As we continue to enhance our relationship with Haseko and R.D. Olson Construction, we remain dedicated to our growth throughout California.”
