MBK Launches Pre-Leasing at Second Duarte Development

MBK Rental Living has commenced pre-leasing at Solana at Duarte Station. Located in Duarte adjacent to the City of Hope Medical Campus and the Duarte Station neighborhood, the 292-unit, five-story luxury apartment community includes a mix of apartment types wrapped around an eight-story parking structure on 3.43 acres. Solana is scheduled to begin moving residents in by the end of February.

“We are pleased to introduce our second apartment development in Duarte, a significant step in our commitment to this vibrant and growing city,” said Ken McCarren, president of MBK Rental Living. “Building upon the success of our Esperanza community, these additional residences will contribute to addressing Duarte’s pressing housing needs. We eagerly anticipate welcoming our first residents to Solana and witnessing the flourishing of this new community.”

The wrap-style development, which began construction in December 2022, is adjacent to MBK Rental Living’s 4.3-acre Esperanza at Duarte Station, which held its grand opening in March 2023.
