Maverick Commercial Mortgage Funds Construction for Indy Mixed-Use

Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Inc. has funded a ground-up construction loan for an Indianapolis-based developer.

The loan was closed within 15 business days from the execution of the term sheet. The subject property will be developed as a mixed-use building near Indianapolis, Indiana. The project will consist of more than 200 multifamily rentals, 23,500 square feet of retail, and roughly 400 parking spaces in the parking garage and surface parking.

Indianapolis-based Keystone Group, along with the City of Lawrence Mayor’s Office and the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority, will be partnering to bring approximately $70 million mixed-use development to Lawrence. The five-story mixed-use development will feature high-end apartments on the 56th Street corridor.
