Mattis Partners Joins Lockehouse Retail Group

Lockehouse Retail Group Inc., a retail real estate firm, recently announced that Seattle-based Mattis Partners joined the company to form Lockehouse Seattle.

The integration strengthens Lockehouse’s presence on the West Coast and expands its ability to serve retail clients across the Pacific Northwest. Combined, Lockehouse and Mattis Partners executed hundreds of retail lease and sale transactions throughout 2024 and are on pace to increase their volume in 2025.

Established in 2014 by David Merisko and Brian Schwalbach, Mattis Partners focuses on tenant representation, entitlement and development services, and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. They represent more than 35 retailers, including Chick-fil-A, Topgolf, Chipotle, Planet Fitness and Lowe’s Home Improvement. Schwalbach and Merisko are Partners in the new Lockehouse Seattle.
