Matthews Real Estate Opens San Francisco Office

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, has opened a San Francisco office at 44 Montgomery St., Ste. 2388. The office is the firm’s fifth location in California and second in the Bay Area, with its Walnut Creek office opening in 2019.

Located near one of the metro’s largest commercial hubs, Union Square, and within San Francisco’s Financial District, the new office spans 3,866 square feet. The move allows Matthews to be a part of the city’s dense technology corridor and provides access to top talent.

“San Francisco has been on the roadmap for a long time, and we are thrilled to see the office come to fruition,” said market leader Chuck Evans. “The office is in proximity to tech’s biggest names and places us among leaders in innovation and AI-powered resources; initiatives we deeply believe and invest in for our agents and clients.”
