Matthews Real Estate Investment Services Taps Laura Gonzales to Open Jacksonville Office

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, has opened an office in Jacksonville, FL and appointed Laura Gonzales as market leader.

Gonzales will manage the Jacksonville office and head its recruitment efforts.

Gonzales has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in debt and equity origination. Before joining Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, she served as regional manager of capital markets at Franklin Street, a full-service brokerage based in Jacksonville, where she doubled the team size in a single year.

Gonzales has also held positions as senior manager for BBVA Compass and VP of CRE Jacksonville for Bank of America.

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services is currently seeking to lease a permanent space in the downtown area of Jacksonville, including San Marco/Riverside neighborhoods, in in the coming months.
