Matthews Real Estate Brokers Sale of 752-Bed Student Housing Property in Tallahassee

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the sale of Quantum at West Call, a 752-bed, 225-unit student housing community in Tallahassee. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 446 Conradi Street in Tallahassee, the property was completed in fall 2018 and is situated on more than four acres. Amenities include a resort-style pool and sun deck, community clubhouse with theater, a modern fitness center, outdoor social lounge and barbeque area, business center and study lounges. Each unit features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern furniture, wood cabinets and faux wood flooring in common areas.

David Roth of Matthews represented the seller, Edwards Cos., in the transaction. The buyer was a joint venture between Raleigh-based Preiss Cos. and Silver Hills Development.
