Matthews Real Estate Arranges $11M Sale of Medical Office Building in LaGrange

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the $11.3 million sale of LaGrange Med Ventures, the largest medical office building in LaGrange, GA. The property is located at 1075 Lafayette Parkway.

The deal was transacted by Ryan Burke, Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno of Matthews. The seller, found through Matthews’ comprehensive shared database, was looking to benefit from a master-leased sale leaseback to maximize the property’s value. Matthews agents structured the deal to source a viable buyer and streamline the closing process.

“The buyer’s exchange time perfectly aligned with the timeline of this deal,” said Moreno. “We were happy to complete a sale where both the buyer and seller walked away with positive outcomes.”
