Matthews Lists 120-Unit Pre-War Somerville Apartment Portfolio

Matthew recently listed the Kingsley Orchard Realty (KOR) Portfolio, located at 18 Day St, 49 Dover St, and 123 Orchard St in Somerville, MA. VP Nick Jasinski has the listing for the 120-unit offering.

Coming to market for the first time in its history, the KOR portfolio is 100% market-rate. Originally developed during the pre-war era by previous generations of the current ownership, it totals 97,916 square feet across three brick buildings. With approximately 20% of units having received partial updates, the portfolio provides immediate scale and consistent in-place income, while presenting meaningful upside potential, according to Matthews.

“Our Boston office is honored to exclusively offer the Kingsley Orchard Realty Portfolio for sale and
maximize exit value for a portfolio that has defined a neighborhood for over a century,” said Jasinski.
“We expect strong investor feedback due to the rarity of assets at this scale near the
Somerville/Cambridge, MA line.”
