Matthews Enters DC with Senior Hire

Commercial real estate investment firm Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has appointed Josh Ein as the first vice president as part of their expansion into the Washington D.C. metro area.

With expertise in net lease retail across the U.S., focusing particularly on the Mid-Atlantic region, Ein has completed over 170 transactions, totaling almost $1 billion in transaction volume since 2012. He previously served as first vice president of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Ein’s mission at Matthews includes growing his business portfolio and recruiting agents for the firm.

Matthews, based in Nashville, will open a D.C. metro office in Spring 2024, marking their first foray into the region.
