Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has hired a five-member team of industrial real estate agents in its San Diego office

Matthews Adds Five-Member Industrial Team in San Diego

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services recently hired a team of five agents specializing in Southern California industrial real estate advisory in its San Diego office, which opened in 2022. Chris Nelson, Sam Sukut, Jacob Castro, Jack Simonis and Ben Turner are among the team members joining Matthews.

The group was previously a team of Inland Pacific, a San Diego-based brokerage firm. The agents have amassed more than $1 billion in total transaction volume and will continue to serve industrial investors throughout the San Diego marketplace, fostering the division’s growth.

“Our team is incredibly excited about the ability to leverage the Matthews platform to our current clients and future relationships,” said Nelson said. “We believe this shows Matthews’ commitment to becoming a market leader in the local Southern California Industrial market.”
