Matthew W. Mayer has come back to Park Tower Group as the executive vice president and general counsel.

“He has a broad background and substantial experience in the legal and business aspects of real estate ownership, management, leasing, development and financing,” said George Klein, chairman of Park Tower Group.

Previously, Mayer worked at Boston Properties as regional general counsel and senior vice president for 19 years. Before that, he was general counsel at Park Tower Group.

“We are delighted that Matt has returned,” says Klein.
