Matthew C. Turse, senior vice president for Avison Young, won the 2016 Business Attraction Award from the Morris County Economic Development Corporation.

What did Turse do to make local officials so happy? He sold 68,000 square feet of flex office and industrial space at 4 Wood Hollow Rd. in Parsippany, NJ, to Canfield Scientific, a leading medical imaging software company. The space has room for more than 200 employees.

“The positive impact the Canfield Scientific transaction is having in attracting more business to the local market embodies what Avison Young hopes to achieve when closing any deal,” said Avison Young’s Jeffrey L. Heller .
