Top Property Manager Matt Duthie Joins NKF

Matt Duthie has joined NKF to oversee and direct property management services in the New York metro area.

“Matt is among the most highly respected real estate professionals in New York. He executes on every level to exceed client objectives,” said Randy Buddemeyer, co-president of management services for NKF.

Prior to joining NKF, Duthie led the property management group in New York City for JLL, overseeing a 15-million-square-foot portfolio. Those skills will help him add value and improve operations for NKF’s clients. Duthie has also worked in construction, and has directed services for more than five million square feet of commercial office space in New York, Washington D.C. and Boston.
