Matt Calvet Joins Kidder Mathews in Carlsbad

Matt Calvet has joined Kidder Mathews’ Carlsbad office as a vice president. He will specialize in industrial warehouse properties.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Calvet was with Lee and Associates. During his seven-year commercial real estate career, he has brokered more than 577,000 square feet of commercial real estate with a total value of exceeding $34,400,000.

Calvet represents industrial warehouse tenants, buyers, investors, developers, and organizations in their acquisition or leasing of industrial warehouse space in the Western United States. As an industrial warehouse expert, he helps companies navigate the process of procurement and/or disposition of any real estate related assets.

He started his CRE career at Sterling Real Estate Management while attending college in Flagstaff, AZ. While at Lee and Associates he was a top producing broker and was named a shareholder of the company early in his career.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
