Matt Androwich Joins Lee & Associates Industrial Team

Matt Androwich has joined Lee & Associates of Illinois’ Industrial Services Group as an Associate.

Androwich specializes in assisting tenants and owners, both private and institutional, in the leasing, acquisition, and development of industrial real estate assets/investments in the western suburbs of Chicago. His primary focus is the Fox Valley, the I-88 Corridor, and the North and Central DuPage submarkets.

“Matt’s arrival marks another great addition to our rapidly expanding industrial team,” said Michael Androwich, Principal, Lee & Associates. “He has already demonstrated an abundance of transferable skills and a knack for finding new opportunities and building relationships. We know he’ll be a terrific asset to our firm.”

Prior to getting his real estate license, Androwich worked as an analyst for a local Chicago commercial bank. He majored in economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
