Matrix Signs Two Lease Renewals in Cranbury
Matrix Development Group inked deals to renew two leases totaling 50,511-square-feet for its office, laboratory and flex space at Matrix Corporate Campus in Cranbury, NJ. AmeriHealth and Nano-Ditech Corp. signed three-year lease renewals for 35,061 square feet and 15,450 square feet, respectively.
Matrix Corporate Campus consists of 13 buildings totaling 345,000 square feet, providing high visibility along the New Jersey Turnpike via exit 8A. The office complex, which is equipped to support traditional office tenants as well as life sciences companies seeking laboratory space, maintains an 88% occupancy rate.
“We’re proud of the long-term partnership we’ve forged with both AmeriHealth and Nano-Ditech Corp., and are excited that they’ll remain cornerstones at Matrix Corner Campus,” said Gary Hans, Matrix SVP.
Hans represented Matrix in-house in both deals. AmeriHealth was represented by NorthMarq Advisors’ Tom Whitworth. Nano-Ditech was represented by Savills’ Greg Soffian and Gregg Najarian.
