Matlock Oaks Center Trades Ownership

A joint-venture partnership operating under the name of 9 SC Associates Ltd. of Dallas, sold the 86,777-square-foot Matlock Oaks, a grocery-anchored, community retail center in Arlington, TX. An investment group headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area acquired the asset at 808 S.W. Green Oaks Blvd.

Kevin Butkus with Weitzman represented the seller. Michael Uhm with the Michael Group negotiated on behalf of the buyer.

The retail center is anchored by Indo Pak World Market, a specialty grocer that occupies 45,056 square feet. Other tenants include a Subway restaurant, Allstate Insurance and Matlock Family Dental, along with beauty focused concepts and other service retailers.

The center was renovated in 2014.
