Matan Signs 198K-SF Full-Building Lease in Gaithersburg 

Matan Companies finalized a 198,000-square-foot lease with AstraZeneca at 700 Progress Way in Gaithersburg, Maryland, part of a newly developed 44-acre life science and industrial campus.  

Located in Montgomery County’s life sciences corridor, the property offers Class A industrial/life science buildings and retail spaces. Additionally, 198,000 square feet is available for lease at 750 Progress Way, including parking with electric vehicle charging stations. 

Matan Companies was represented by James Matan, CBRE’s Kevin Reap representing AstraZeneca.
