Matan Cos. has announced the delivery of Parkway 66, a 187,787-square-foot speculative industrial building in Manassas.

Located at the intersection of I-66 and Route 234, the facility features 32-foot clear heights, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, a 50-foot speed bay, truck court, LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system and parking for employees and trailers. The property is also directly adjacent to FedEx Ground’s 175,000-square-foot distribution hub. Matan acquired the 13-acre site in September 2019 with construction beginning in October 2019.

“2020 has certainly been atypical, so we feel fortunate to infuse the market with good news and complete something that feels close to our normal course of business,” said Brad Benna of the Matan Cos. “We are really looking forward to Parkway 66 being the first of many new endeavors for Matan in the Northern Virginia Market.”
