Lovett Industrial announced that construction on Phase II of 610 Business District, an industrial project in infill Houston, is underway and will comprise a 537,132-square-foot space, consisting of four Class A industrial buildings. The property at 6462 Northdale St. offers spaces ranging from 53,110 square feet to 219,487 square feet, featuring 32-36’ clear heights, 130-185’ truck courts, and ample trailer and auto parking. In addition, there are 38 acres of undeveloped land remaining in the park currently available for sale, lease, build-to-suit, or design-build.

Phase II construction is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Phase I consists of two currently leased buildings. Construction began in July 2022 and was completed in September 2023. Once Phase II is complete, the park will have 1.5 million square feet under roof.

Lovett has nearly 20 million square feet of industrial project either under constructed or completed at 40 locations in 15 markets.
