10,000 acre Entrata receives Mohave County Supervisors approval

Massive Master-Planned Community Planned for NW Arizona

A Las Vegas developer, Allan Barbarich, is banking on the pot of gold at the end of the I-11 rainbow. The proposed road will one day move people and goods from Tucson to Phoenix to Las Vegas, with it, the fruits of a vibrant transportation corridor.

The project known as Entrata was okayed recently by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors. Barbarich says it will include new shopping centers, dining, entertainment, residential and public safety services. It will also have its own airstrip.

Spanning over 10,000 acres of land near White Hills and Dolan Springs, Entrata is along the US Highway 93 / Interstate-11 corridor, 25 miles south of the Hoover Dam and about 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Besides an ambitious residential component, the approved plans include over 2,000 acres of industrial, manufacturing, airpark logistics, and commercial uses.
