Massive Growth Propels 16-Acre Buy

BOSS Crane & Rigging, headquartered in Longview, TX, grew so much in its more than two years of existence that it acquired the former Trican pressure pumping company property at 4836 W. Loop 281 for expansion. BOSS Crane, which acquired the 16-acre site from Hoback Investments LLC in Georgia, is investing more than $250,000 in renovations, with a move-in to the approximately 32,000-square-foot building planned in September 2017.

BOSS Crane launched with one employee and one crane. The company now consists of 157 employees, 68 trucks and 34 cranes, as well as offices in Harleton, Palestine and Beeville in East Texas. The company currently operates out of the former Turner Brothers Crane & Rigging at 5533 S. Farm-to-Market 2087. Approximately 80 employees are expected to work out of the new location.
