Fernley Logistics Center to begin work on next phase

Massive Fernley Logistics Site Starts New Phase

Mark IV Capital has begun work on the second phase at Victory Logistics District, a 4,300-acre industrial development in Fernley, NV. The multi-phase project has nearly 2 million square feet of Class A distribution space completed to date. 

Phase II of Victory Logistics District’s master plan is focused on installing $120 million in infrastructure upgrades to provide access and utilities to the next 1,600 acres of land at the project, allowing the development of industrial, manufacturing and data center projects. Previously completed work at the project includes construction of the first building at the site and the mass grading of over 400 acres. 

Construction in this second phase of the project will include: 

• 600 acres of grading, opening approximately 1,600 acres for future development 

• Newly developed land capable of handling multiple hyperscale data center campuses
