Massive $880M Miami Affordable Housing Development On Way

The HueHub will span approximately 12 acres and feature seven 35-story towers with 4,032 residential units. The community, located at 8395 NW 27th Avenue, will also include nearly 200,000 square feet of interior amenities and a two-acre park. The price tag is expected to be about $880 million.

Due to the size of the project, a number of unusual amenities have been included. Among them are an urgent care facility, a beauty salon, a car wash, an onsite learning center for children and adults, a dedicated arts and culture space, a police substation and dedicated workspaces for remote workers.

Several traditional amenities include a community center, fitness area and several pools.

Residences will be move-in ready and fully furnished, with rents starting at approximately $1,300 for a studio, $1,600 for a one-bedroom unit, and $1,900 for two-bedroom units.

The development team includes developer Pablo Castro, Coastal Construction and architecture firm Arquitectonica.

Located at 8395 NW 27th Avenue, The HueHub is scheduled to break ground toward the end of 2025.
