Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Sunglass City Come to Long Branch, NJ  

Kushner has announced that Pier Village, an oceanfront destination in Long Branch, N.J., will welcome two new retail businesses, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls and Sunglass City, in the summer of 2023.  

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a national fast-casual seafood restaurant, will lease 2,062 square feet, while Sunglass City, a sunglasses retailer, will lease 1,624 square feet. The tenants will join other businesses, including Salt Life, Little Words Project, and Sundae Donuts, that opened their doors this spring.  

Pier Village, which is now over 95% leased, attracts over 2.3 million annual visitors and includes 493 luxury rental apartments, 243 upscale condos, and 91 hotel rooms.
