Mas Tec North America Renews Industrial Lease

Mas Tec North America, which designs and implements energy infrastructure, decided to remain in its current San Antonio spot. To that end, the tenant signed a lease renewal for 16,313 square feet at 7402-7424 Reindeer Trail on San Antonio’s northwest side. NAI Partners’ Brett Lum and Clare Flesher represented the tenant during negotiations.

The 61,087-square-foot warehouse space delivered in the mid-1970s, and is part of the Northwest Business Park. The property is traced to owner LVP 7402 Reindeer LLC which, in turn, is part of the Lightstone Group LLC in Lakewood, NJ. Lightstone has owned the property since 2007.
