MA’s Industrial Logistics Looks South, Buys Memphis Portfolio for $100M

Newton, MA-based Industrial Logistics Properties Trust, managed by The RMR Group, has purchased three industrial properties in the Memphis, TN, area for a combined $100 million. The three assets total 1.3 million square feet.

  • 481 Airport Industrial Drive, Southaven, MS – 246,564 square feet
  • 6380 East Holmes Road, Memphis, TN – 437,940 square feet
  • 8474 Market Place Drive, Southaven, MS – 602,500 square feet

The buildings are 100% leased and located with access to airport, rail and interstate highway.
