The 144,000-square-foot Chartley Park-Landmark Shopping Center in Maryland sold to M.D. Equities LLC for $19.9 million. Gil Neuman with Greysteel led the team representing the seller, Chartley and Landmark Shopping Center LLLP.

The retail center is situated on 17.2 acres at 1 Chartley Dr. and 501 Main St. in Reistertown, MD, located in Baltimore County. The village is situated on the far northwest outskirts of the Baltimore metro.

The multi-building property is 94% occupied, with tenants including Brick Bodies, M&T Bank, Family Dollar, Boost Mobile, Citgo, ATI Physical Therapy, and Metro PCS. “We congratulate the sellers who added long term value and the buyers who acquired a vibrant historically high-occupancy community retail center,” Neuman said, in a press release.
