Maryland MXU Project Trades for $63M

JLL has arranged the $62.7 million sale of Monument Village, a mixed-use residential and retail property in College Park, MD.

Built in 2016, the property consists of 235 residential units averaging 894 square feet, 12,200 square feet of amenity space and 4,800 square feet of ground-floor retail. Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor grilling areas, fitness center, clubroom with catering kitchen and billiards, movie theater and gaming room with snack bar, conference room, lounge with computer workstations and coffee bar, pet spa and dog run.

Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Robert Jenkins of JLL represented the seller, Monument Realty, in the transaction. The buyer was Foulger-Pratt.
