Maryland Investor Pays $30M for Georgia Apartments
Federal Capital Partners, headquartered in Chevy Chase, MD, paid $29.5 million to acquire the River Trace Apartments in Roswell, GA. Shea Campbell with CBRE represented the undisclosed seller. The transaction is FCP’s fourth in the Atlanta metro this year.
Located at 1450 Raintree Way, River Trace is within walking distance to the Chattahoochee River. The 34-acre property offers such amenities as a clubhouse and pool, playground, picnic area and laundry center. The apartments offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. FCP plans renovations to the asset, including rebranding the property as River Crossing at Roswell.
