CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe’s Giant 2016

April 10, 2016

Once again Mary Ann Tighe was the top broker across CBRE Group for 2016. In one year, she completed 122 transactions covering 4.6 million square feet and valued at $3.1 billion.

“She combines unmatched knowledge of the New York market with strategic insight, creative thinking and a passion for serving her clients’ interest,” said CBRE’s Matt Van Buren. “These attributes have kept her at the pinnacle of our profession for decades.”

For example, in 2016, Tighe represented 55 Water St. (pictured) in the renewal of McGraw Hill Financial’s 900,027-square-foot lease. That was the biggest leasing transaction in the City since 2014.

So far this year, she has already represented 4 World Trade Center in its recent 378,000-square-foot lease with Spotify, and News Corp in a new 440,000-square-foot headquarters lease at 1211 Avenue of the Americas.

She was also CBRE’s top producer in 2008, 2011 and 2014.
