Marx Realty Inks New DC Lease  

Marx Realty, a New York-based real estate company, has signed a five-year, 3,700-square-foot lease with DispatchHealth at One Glover, a 110,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown/Glover Park neighborhood.  

DispatchHealth, a provider of at-home medical care, will establish its first office in the D.C. area at One Glover. The property is undergoing a repositioning that includes a new exterior façade, club-like lobby lounge, and other amenities. Asking rent for the lease was $47 per square foot.  

Ross Brannigan, Scott Churchley, and Brit Lane of Cresa represented DispatchHealth, while Mark Wooters, James Collins, and Gina Damond at Cushman & Wakefield represented Marx Realty in the deal.
