Marty Shearer Joins NKF’s NorCal Valuation & Advisory Practice

NKF added Marty Shearer, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran, to its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) group as an SVP in Roseville, CA. He brings experience with a full range of asset types, but will specialize in industrial space, warehouses, office/flex space, self-storage and commercial/industrial land. The addition boosts NKF’s Northern California V&A team to 13 professionals, with roughly 250 years of combined CRE experience.

NKF’s Robby Perrino says, “Marty is a strategic addition to our experienced Northern California team. It is no secret that we are expanding our reach in the V&A business, but a true professional like Marty is a rare find and we are excited to have him join us.”

Prior to joining NKF, Shearer served for two years as the principal and owner of the Sacramento office of the Pacific Coast Valuation Group. Earlier in his career, he held a senior valuation services role with Colliers International in Sacramento.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Content and Public Relations for Connect Commercial Real Estate. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 30 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements. Dennis has been involved in a host of charitable and community organizations including the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, BoyScouts, Chrysalis Foundation, Freedom For Life, HOLA, L.A.’s BEST, Reach Out and Read, Super Bowl Host Committee, and Thunderbirds Charities.
