Marston Cos. Sells 8203 Market Industrial Asset

The Marston Cos., operating under the name 8203 Market Street Road LLC, sold a 125,000-square-foot industrial property at 8203 Market St. in Houston, once the headquarters for Ecodyne Heat Exchangers. The transaction with buyer 8203 MSR Properties LLC ended the seller’s four-year hold on the crane-served manufacturing and distribution asset.

The sales price on the asset was not disclosed. The ask was $6.8 million. John Ferruzzo and Clay Pritchett with NAI Partners represented the seller in the transaction. Matthew Goldsby of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

The property on Houston’s east side is situated on 7.2 acres, and delivered in 1985. It offers a 20-30-foot clear height, a 13,000-square-foot office area and nine drive-in, grade level doors.
