Marshall Joins NexCore Group as SVP of BizDev

Healthcare real estate executive John Marshall joined Denver-based NexCore Group as its senior vice president of business development. In his new position, he will establish a regional office in Indianapolis, where he will be based, and oversee the expansion of the company’s development platform of outpatient facilities, MOBs, and other healthcare-related real estate.
Marshall has focused on healthcare for the past 14 years of his 21-year career. He joins NexCore from Duke Realty, where he served as vice president of healthcare strategy and development.
“This transition is a natural fit for me, as I will be doing what I love to do, leveraging strategic relationships and further developing a robust, creative and flexible model for a respected industry leader,” Marshall says.
Over the past 25 years, NexCore has developed and acquired a total of 7.1 million square feet of health care facilities across the country.
